SF Express collect

• SF station pickup, OK convenience store pickup, service center pickup, and smart cabinet pickup (applicable to local areas)
• SF collect payment is available in Taiwan and Macau.
• SF Express pays on delivery, that is, the customer pays the freight when receiving the goods.
• The size of the shipping box and the amount of filling materials will be determined by SF Express
• Shipping costs will be affected by shipping packaging and materials
• However, packaging matters are beyond the control of our store

Overseas airmail registered (excess shipping fee will be charged if any additional charge is required)

• Our store will always charge HK$200 for shipping fee first.
• The actual shipping cost will be informed to the customer after shipment and a receipt will be attached.
• If the shipping fee exceeds HK$200, the customer will need to make up the difference.
• If the shipping fee is less than HK$200, our store will refund the difference.

When will my package be ready?

Normally, when we receive an order after payment is completed, the order status will show as Processing .

Normally, it takes us 1-2 working days to prepare the package for shipment, except for pre-ordered items and customized items.

After the order status changes from "Processing" to "Completed," your order will be ready to ship.

When will my order arrive?

We usually require 1-2 days of processing time to get the package to the courier. (Customized products need to be communicated to determine the shipping date)

Therefore, delivery time = handling time + shipping time
